Coco Bagoong
Bagoong alamang is made from tiny shrimps, salted & fermented for months, produced mostly from tiny villages along the coastal areas of the Philippines. It is an acquired taste but Filipinos can't enjoy eating green mango without it.

Acknowledging the Filipinos love for bagoong, we went farther and added coconut protein, not only to enhance the flavor but also to make the bagoong more nutritious and appetizing. Truly a gourmet delicacy.
